We operate 3 shifts, Monday thru Friday, (with overtime as needed to meet customer requirements), in Production, (machine operators and parts rackers), Water Treatment, Q.C., Shipping/Receiving, and Maintenance.

Employment opportunities may be available on all 3 shifts.  In return for employee’s time and service, we offer a competitive wage and benefit package.

Prospective employees are welcome to submit a letter of application and/or resume, but may be asked to work with a local “temporary” staffing agency, as the agency’s  employee, for a probationary period. 

Plateco currently uses the area staffing agencies located in Reedsburg, Baraboo, and Richland Center, WI.
