ZINC BARREL PLATING

Our barrel plating lines have the capacity to plate over 300,000 pounds of product per day.

Zinc barrel plating:

• Provides the ability to mass finish smaller parts
• Used most often for bulk finishing
• Most efficient method for plating bulk parts
• Most efficient for parts that do not require individual handling
• Is very cost effective

Smaller barrel plated parts are processed in the bright acid chloride bath.  We offer the following chromate finishes:

• Clear
• Yellow
• Black
